Service Delivery Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
1. Scope
This Service Delivery Policy explains how Torres Energy Consulting LLC ("Torres Energy Consulting," "we," "us" or "our") delivers consulting services and deliverables, and when services are considered delivered. If a signed Professional Service Agreement, statement of work or Service Level Agreement (each an "Agreement") conflicts with this Policy, the Agreement controls.
2. Nature of our services
Torres Energy Consulting provides professional technical consulting services (NAICS 541690). We do not ship physical goods. Our services consist of advisory time, assessments, audits and written deliverables such as technical reports, risk registers, frameworks, roadmaps and presentations.
3. How services are performed
Services are performed remotely, at client sites or both, as set out in the Agreement. Scheduled advisory sessions take place by video conference, by telephone or in person, as agreed with the client in advance.
4. Delivery of reports and deliverables
Technical reports and other consulting deliverables are transmitted by secure digital delivery. Depending on the client's requirements, this means one of:
- Encrypted email with password-protected documents, with the password sent separately
- A secure file-sharing link with access controls and an expiry date
- Upload to a client-designated secure portal or data room
Deliverables are normally provided in PDF format, with editable formats supplied where the Agreement requires them. Physical copies are provided only when the Agreement specifies them.
5. Delivery timelines
Delivery dates are set in the Agreement or project schedule. Timelines depend on the client providing timely access to data, documents, personnel and sites. Delays in that access may extend delivery dates accordingly, and we will notify the client promptly of any expected change.
6. When services are considered delivered
Consulting services are considered delivered on the earlier of:
- submission of the final technical report or final deliverable to the client by the delivery methods above, or
- completion of the scheduled advisory hours or sessions set out in the Agreement.
For milestone-based projects, each milestone is considered delivered when its deliverable is submitted or its scheduled services are completed.
7. Review and acceptance
Unless the Agreement provides a different review period, the client has ten (10) business days after delivery to raise, in writing, any material non-conformity with the agreed scope. We will address confirmed non-conformities within a reasonable time. If no written notice is received within the review period, the deliverable is deemed accepted. Delivery under Section 6 is not affected by the review period.
8. Confidentiality and data handling
Client data and deliverables are handled according to the confidentiality terms of the Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Access to project files is limited to the people working on the engagement.
9. Proof of delivery
Our records of electronic transmission, such as sent-email records, file-access logs or portal upload confirmations, and of advisory sessions held serve as proof of delivery.
10. Questions
Questions about delivery can be sent through our contact form, by phone at +1 (312) 446-2015, or by mail to Torres Energy Consulting LLC, 10901 Ranchstone Dr, Apt 308, Houston, TX 77064.
