Gerardo Torres leads Torres Energy Consulting LLC and brings more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector to every engagement.

As Managing Director, he sets the firm's technical direction and oversees every client engagement. His focus is energy sector compliance and technical risk management: helping operators, project owners and investors understand where their technical and regulatory exposure lies, and what it takes to manage it.

That focus shapes each of the firm's practice areas. Upstream technical audits test assumptions and document risk. Environmental impact frameworks align projects with regulatory and lender expectations. Operational efficiency programs build the controls and reporting that sustain performance.
